Download this app to be able to: - Review your personal information and assessments - View and log workouts including access to HD videos of your exercises - Instant message your Trainer - Book sessions and packages directly - Track your personal goals and challenges - Review your body stat logs and progress charts - See progress photos as you develop and improve The perfect way to keep all your training information in one place! NB. Your Trainer will have to set up your account on the Client App. If you do not have a Trainer who uses Fitfix, you will not be able to use this App.
